Mangrove Cleanup in Douala, Cameroon

Join Environment and Food Foundation for the first cleanup of the Bios des Singes mangrove forest in Douala, Cameroon. It’s an official event of the Trees & Seas Festival.

Trees & Seas is an annual celebration, presented by Montes Wines and organized by Plastic Oceans International, uniting ocean and forest conservation worldwide. The official dates are September 16 – 25, with year-round programming. This year’s goals are to plant over 250,000 trees, cleanup over 20 million square feet of land and sea, educate over 100,000 kids, to go along with offering dozens of film screenings, workshops, panel discussions, live music and more.
