How Awareness About a Water Crisis Redifined Water Responsibility

The Erie Situation

The documentary explores a three-day water crisis in Toledo, Ohio caused by a toxic algae bloom. It examines the role of science, public opinion, politics, and the influential lobbying.

A screening for GreenTech’s Engineering and CSR team led to a dialogue that highlighted discrepancies in their water quality programs, resulting in a clarified and more focused corporate social responsibility approach.

“The Erie Situation and dialogue impact report were key in
making our CSR program more focused.”

– Matthew Dicks, Co-Founder of GreenTech Co
