Andrea Torres of Plastic Oceans Europe will be doing a 10-15 minute talk about how she ended up working in Plastic Oceans and why she decided to do dedicate her life to help nature.
AIESEC Bellaterra is organizing an event based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals on October 8, 2020 at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
AIESEC is the largest youth leadership organization in the world, present in more than 127 countries, developing leadership through international experiences of internships, volunteering and entrepreneurship.
In 2015, AIESEC signed an agreement with the UN whose main objective is to raise awareness and involve young people in the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals for the 2030 Agenda.
Their purpose is to bring together Spanish youth to present ideas for change, with the collaboration of large organizations and large companies.
Many SDGs will be played, among them and their speakers:
• SDG Quality Education – ENEB (Jordi Faz) and Academia Brillar (Arturo Grande).
• SDG Gender Equality -Talent for the Future (Mireia Orra)
• SDG Decent work and economic growth – (Rubén Ayuso).
• ODS Life below water- Plastic Oceans Europe (Andrea Torres)
