Paulina Hanono, a student of Social Responsibility and Sustainability in Universidad Anáhuac Norte, joined the Plastic Oceans México team in early 2021 as a volunteer, seeking to participate more actively in the fight against plastic pollution and the climate crisis that we are living through today. Because of her amazing work and commitment as a volunteer she now fulfills the role of Communications Coordinator for the branch.
As the President of the Student’s Association in her university, she has always tried to motivate and create areas of opportunity to invite more people to join activities focused on environmental preservation. She has participated in podcasts and given workshops about the importance of social environmental responsibility, from an individual to a corporate level, always promoting circular economy and a sustainable lifestyle.
