Beach Cleanup & Workshop on Chiloé Island

As part of the year-round programming of the Trees & Seas Festival, Plastic Oceans Chile will be hosting a beach cleanup and microplastics workshop on Chile’s Chiloé Island. It’s all part of a four-day pre-festival celebration on this majestic island that makes up the far northwest corner of South America’s Patagonia region.
Trees & Seas is annual celebration uniting ocean and forest conservation worldwide. The official dates are September 16 – 25, with year-round programming also taking place, including our festivities on Chiloé from July 21 – 24.

Como parte de la programación anual del Festival Trees & Seas, Plastic Oceans Chile realizará un taller de limpieza de playas y microplásticos en la isla chilena de Chiloé. Todo es parte de una celebración previa al festival de cuatro días en esta majestuosa isla que conforma el extremo noroeste de la región de la Patagonia de América del Sur.
Trees & Seas es una celebración anual que une la conservación de los océanos y los bosques en todo el mundo. Las fechas oficiales son del 16 al 25 de septiembre, con programación también durante todo el año, incluidas nuestras fiestas en Chiloé del 21 al 24 de julio.
