Viviana Pinto

Viviana is an Environmental Technician at the Institute of the Environment (IDMA), with a Diploma in Environment and Biodiversity. She joined the foundation in 2018, due to the personal need to promote a change in society to take care of the environment. Initially, he supported the development and management of social networks, participating in field activities and developing content. This allowed her to know better the work in the world of sustainability, learning from global initiatives and actions that are being carried out. into the work in the world of sustainability, learning from the initiatives and global actions that are being carried out. Starting in 2020 at the end of her career, she takes on a role from the organizational side as Operations Manager, generating strategies to streamline processes and operations of the foundation.

In June 2022, she assumed the position of Executive Director of the foundation, leading a multidisciplinary team of young professionals. After six years in the foundation she decided to embark on a new professional path outside of the organization in 2024, but she still helps out the team once in a while as a freelance project manager.
