About

Their goal is to conserve the Bay of Cartagena and its surrounding ecosystems, work with eco-dependent communities, combat plastic pollution in the sea, and promote the city’s adaptation to and mitigation of climate change.

Their projects include beach cleanups, educational programs on marine ecosystems, and the creation of art from recycled materials to raise awareness. Their “Clean Sea: Guardians of the Ocean” initiative engages volunteers in cleaning up the bay and transforming waste into art.
