She was rewarded with the Officer of the ”L’Ordre du Merite Agricole” medal by the French government, honoring services to agriculture. In 2010 she was named Wine Enthusiast’s Winemaker of the year, one of the industry’s highest honors.

Moderator – Allison Jordan is the VP of Environmental Affairs for the Wine Institute, where she helped create the California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance – a nonprofit organization established by the Institute and the California Association of Winegrape Growers to promote sustainability from grapes to glass.
Panelist – Aurelio Montes is one of the most recognized personalities in the Chilean wine industry for being a fundamental part of the internationalization of the product and for his career as founder and main partner of Montes Wines. Additionally, he now serves, for the second consecutive season, as Chairman of the Board of Wines of Chile.
Panelist – Elizabeth Wolkovich is an Associate Professor at the University of British Columbia where she runs the Temporal Ecology Currently she is studying how temperature and photoperiod drive phenology across North American woody species and how climate change impacts different winegrape varieties’ phenologies.
