De profesión Técnico en Medio Ambiente en el Instituto del Medio Ambiente (IDMA), con Diplomado en Medio Ambiente y Biodiversidad. Viviana se unió a la fundación en el año 2018 debido a la necesidad personal de promover un cambio en la sociedad para cuidar el medio ambiente. En un inicio apoyó con el desarrollo y manejo de las redes sociales, participando en terreno y desarrollando contenido. Esto le permitió adentrarse en el trabajo en el mundo de la sustentabilidad, aprendiendo de las iniciativas y acciones globales que se están realizando. A partir del año 2020 al finalizar su carrera, toma un rol desde la parte organizacional como Encargada de Operaciones, generando estrategias para agilizar procesos y operaciones de la fundación. Desde junio del 2022 asume el cargo de Directora Ejecutiva de la fundación, liderando un equipo multidisciplinario con el cual buscan fortalecer el principio de la necesidad de la acción local para generar un cambio global, y así fomentar comunidades sustentables en Chile. Sus intereses en el cuidado del ambiente a través de la educación ambiental, gestión de residuos y comunicación con la comunidad se han potenciado gracias a la experiencia adquirida trabajando en la fundación, y las oportunidades de aprender de experiencias locales e internacionales, legislación, medios, y más. AViviana is an Environmental Technician at the Institute of the Environment (IDMA), with a Diploma in Environment and Biodiversity. She joined the foundation in 2018, due to the personal need to promote a change in society to take care of the environment. Initially, he supported the development and management of social networks, participating in field activities and developing content. Starting in 2020 at the end of her career, she takes on a role from the organizational side as Operations Manager, generating strategies to streamline processes and operations of the foundation. In June 2022, she assumed the position of Executive Director of the foundation, leading a multidisciplinary team with which they seek to strengthen the principle of the need for local action to generate global change, and thus promote sustainable communities in Chile. His interests in caring for the environment through environmental education, waste management and communication with the community have been enhanced thanks to the experience gained working at the foundation, and the opportunities to learn from local and international experiences, legislation, media, and more.
